The Beginning ✈😍


January 8, 2019 around 12:00 noon (1st flight)
I am the person who loves adventure, and travelling outside my country (Philippines) is one of my dreams. Actually, this was all my first time. First time to visit other places, to ride an airplane, to travel in abroad, to join international program and to live miles away from my family. I was very excited during this moment yet nervous because again as what I've said I'm a first timer. I was thinking a lot of things and there were so many what if's came to my mind but I just sighed and say "I can do it with the greater glory of God, just stay positive self". I grabbed this opportunity for me to have a lifetime memorable experiences. By the way, we traveled for almost 3 days with 4 connecting flights. From Surigao City to Butuan City, Butuan City to Manila (1st flight), Manila to Bali (2nd flight), Bali to Jakarta (3rd flight) and lastly from Jakarta to Yogyakarta Indonesia. Thanks God for our safe flights.πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡

Farewell CeremoniesπŸ˜₯😭

I will never say Goodbye; Instead, See you next time 😍 SD Muhammadiyah Pakem Farewell Party   😭 It was February 2, 2019 around 7 o'clock in the morning when our farewell in school started. We performed our cultural dance with my co-Filipinos and friends from Thailand. This was our last day with our students and teachers. A sweet goodbye to everyone, I may not see you everyday but you are always in my heart with our most unforgettable memories. I've learned a lot from this school especially the teaching experiences and I would ensure to apply those learnings in the actual field. I will miss you forever. Day 1: January 10, 2019 (Thursday) University Tour πŸ’–πŸ˜ This was our first day in Jogja. It was 8 o’clock in the morning when we had campus tour at Universitas Islam Indonesia, Yogyakarta Indonesia with my friends from Surigao City, Philippines and buddies (Ardan, Vanny, and Mutiara). During this day, just the 3 of us (me, Kate and May) among the participants had an opportunity to roamed around the campus since we were the first participants who arrived in Indonesia. I can’t imagine that I am here now in Indonesia stepping and standing in front of UII Campus. Honestly, this was my first time to travel in abroad that’s why I am very thankful for being part of this program because without this I may not here and not able to meet my Indonesian and Thai friends. Indeed, UII is a big university with its beautiful building structure and the people in it. They are friendly, hospitable, generous and caring. I like them the way they interact and socialize with us foreigners.
